The wooden house will be built with a supporting structure in XLAM with wall stratigraphy adapted to the Mediterranean climate and pre-isolated foundation to plate.

 The villa will be located in the municipality of Aci Castello (CT)   and has a design in modern, linear, simple, and minimalist style.It will be installed with a controlled ventilation system and climate integration with all air channeled to
